Jean-Antony is a professional engineer with extensive managerial, leadership, and practical experience in most aspects of program and project development, quantitative analysis, resource and personnel management. He has created, led, and implemented projects of various complexities both nationally and internationally. He holds two bachelor degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst: Wood Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management. He has held positions in upper management in multiple large corporations. His love for the environment and solar energy has brought him to Summit Energy.

Jean-Antony understands the value of converting to solar energy for families and home owners in a competitive economic environment. He is committed to educating people on the benefits of going Solar. • Works with installation technicians and administrative staff providing support for conducting field activities.

• Produces activity reports and assists in the preparation of a final report for clients.

• Conducts facility energy analysis and installs cost-effective energy saving measures in residential and non-residential buildings.

• Assists in compiling monthly energy reports using specialized database.

• Provides clean alternative energy for homeowners.

In 2014, Jean-Antony founded the international business Plenum Global, INC SA a multi-service organization that provides a one-stop shop for a variety of goods and services. In 2017, he also launched an alternative energy division that provides on and off the grid electricity on the Island of Haiti. He developed an electrical brand for inverters, charge controllers, storage batteries, and EV Portable chargers through JAST Energy, Inc.

Before devoting to Summit Energy full-time, Jean-Antony served as Chief Executive Officer of Plenum Global and is now the chair of Plenum Global and JAST Energy, Inc. Jean-Antony served as a Senior Merchandising and Financial Analyst, and in other management positions at The Home Depot for over a decade. Jean-Antony was Director of Research and Development at Blinds to Go before launching Plenum Global. Jean-Antony has a vast experience as a builder, licensed general contractor, and has extensive knowledge of eco-friendly construction.

At Plenum Global, Jean-Antony managed over 50 projects in partnership with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), providing sustainable solutions to Haiti’s ongoing energy crisis. Plenum Global and Jast Energy, Inc. have established renewable energy education centers, work with young student programs, and manage solar projects in the developing countries. In addition to his work in sustainable energy, Jean-Antony enjoys coaching soccer and helps with diverse organizations in his community.
